The Women in Mobility Leadership Talk will focus on the topic of ‘Resilience in times of transformation and uncertainty’.  As a side event of the established event format ‘Women in Mobility Luncheon’, the ‘Women in Mobility Leadership Talk’ will discuss how the transformation process can be organised, especially for small and medium-sized companies in the supplier industry, in view of the existing challenges for the rail and mobility industry. The aim of the EU LEADER 2030 project led by ERCI is to develop measures that contribute to strengthening the resilience of European supply chains for raw materials for the railway sector in the current global situation.

This MEET & GREET offers a unique opportunity to get to know the rail ecosystem of the German capital region, discover successful German-Canadian collaborations and connect with leading companies in the rail sector from both countries.

This time, Women in Aerospace will be hosted by AneCom AeroTest GmbH. We will start the programme with a company presentation by AneCom, followed by a tour of the premises. Afterwards, we will have the opportunity to learn more about the FELUFA project and discuss perspectives on promoting young talent.

On 29 February 2024 our next event with the topic Women in Aerospace – Cooperation in Aerospace, will take place. This time we are guests of the company Reflex Aerospace in Berlin. We start the program with a company presentation and tour. Afterwards, the company Soluterials GmbH from Beelitz will give us an insight into their unique material developments. As always, additional events and participation opportunities in Berlin-Brandenburg will be introduced and there will be plenty of time for networking, snacks and drinks.
